PASTOR ANGELA CHANG
was born in Taiwan and moved to Florida with her family in 1990. She received her calling to full-time ministry in 1997 at River of Life Christian Church’s first Ling-Leung Conference. Upon being called, she became actively involved in the worship and youth ministries in River of Life’s daughter church in Orlando, Florida. After graduating from University of Florida with double degrees in Music and Nutritional Sciences, Angela moved to California to attend Western Theological seminary and began to serve at River of Life Christian Church Youth Ministry.
She has a heart to see young people have a true relationship with Jesus and to fall madly in love with their Creator. She oversees the cell group and administration parts of the youth ministry and has led young people in mission trips around the world. She is married to Jonathan and together they have a beautiful boy named Gabriel.
PASTOR QUOC NGUYEN
gave his life to Jesus in 1993 after overdosing on drugs at the age of seventeen. He was instantly set free the moment he surrendered his life to Christ. He graduated from Spirit Life Bible College in 1998 and joined the New Life Drama Company immediately afterwards. He traveled with that ministry for two years all over the United States and parts of Europe, preaching the gospel through the art form of drama in churches, prisons, camps, homes, schools and the streets. In 2000, Quoc went to Southeast Asia for a year and ministered in Vietnam, Cambodia, and the Philippines.
He is currently the Youth Pastor of Vietnamese Christian Community Church an inner city church on the east side of San Jose, CA and is also one of the Youth Pastors at the River of Life Christian Church. Quoc frequently preaches at retreats and conferences. He is ordained by Freedom Worship Center. His heart’s desire is to save as many souls as possible before Jesus comes back and see the church fired up once again to holiness, evangelism, and intimacy with God.
